Hi all,
First please forgive that i write in english, but I'm from Poland and found this Forum as one of greatest bases about Note 3 replikas. My history:
I recieved broken N9005 (previous owned has tried update with Kies, ans he broke some with system).
My phone is Samsung Galaxy Note 5.5" with MTK6572. First check with MTK droid tools has shown:
Hardware : MT6572 (UNIVERSAL5410(exynos5) is Fake!)
Model : SM-N9006
Build number : JSS15J.N9006ZNUBMI7
Build date UTC : 20140108-084456
Android  v : 4.3
Baseband v: -----
Kernel v : 3.4.5-1591054 (se.infra@R0210-12) (gcc version 4.6.x-google 20120106 (prerelease) (GCC) ) #1 SMP  Wed Jan 8 16:43:08 CST 2014

System has not started. I have tried many ROMs, and at this moment i can say that the Best Rom is from this threat:

Why the Best? Display is black, but phone response for touch (all other roms don't boot even).
After flash this ROM i can see in MTKDroidTools:

Unfortunatelly thanks information onto pictures i cannot verify what exactly model is mine. Maybe You can help to me - and suggest right ROM.
Or maybe You can just help to me LCD driver only exchange (and how to check).

 Your display is black because you are installing wrong or broken boot.img. This mean your lcd driver is wrong. Unfortunately you must try to install other rom to find right lcd and key driver.
Can you open recovery? is it black? so you must change boot.img
I tell several methot about find rigt lcd driver.
I research your rom here and other sites but can't find your orginal rom.
Shortly, find right lcd driver to open screen. Look that to find right driver in short time.

Great tansk for Your kind and fast reply. I cannot boot into recovery, due screen is black only.
Will check what You gave to me - i hope it will help. WIll answer if any problems or questions.
Or if anyone know what exactly model of my phone is, maybe can help to me with correct one ROM (factory or some full version)...

SOmewhere i have seen, that LCD driver is in uboot.img (not boot.img). Could You confirm, that i should try flash recovery and boot files only?

That is right. uboot.img have both lcd driver and key driver but without false boot.img your display will be black, white and colorfull etc. Shortly, your screen not show anything or show broken image. First find right uboot.img, boot.img and recovery.img (for test screen in a short time). After find right driver, download all rom in your phone.
I said flash boot.img and recovery.img beacuse uboot.img is may right for you. If not right, your keys not work and your phone not open. Two of them important.

1- boot.img and recovery.img is have same code. If recovery mode working nice, its boot.img is right for you. You will use recovery.img for test.

2- İf you don't worked your phone, you must flash uboot.img, boot.img and recovey.img. You must test more.

Great thanks for Your clear explanataion. I have one question more - for method to download boot.img and recovery.bin.
I have download many roms - for example from here:

Rom No 1 is works without screen too. I should exchange boot and recovery fles.
Unfortunatelly lots of Roms in PSFlashTool shown "PMT changed. Must be downloaded". This roms has different LCD drivers than rom 1. I would like to check this drivers with this rom. Should i use for MKdroidtool (with option Recovery and Boot) or PSFlashTool with firmware upgrade (and changed this two files)?
